building with its beautiful gardens, is situated in the
heart of Agia Paraskevi has 9 delightful Twin- bed Studios
which can accommodate an extra bed easily. (if a third
bed is needed).
All studios have Private Balcony or patio, separate kitchen
with Cooking Facilities and Fridge. Plus an attractive
private shower room/ W.C. And also Air Conditioning (charged
at local cheap rate).
Agia Paraskevi Zannas Studio’s is a family concern and for 15 years
have been helping their guests to enjoy their holidays
to the full. We have numerous guests that come back each
year, many of them are now close and valued friends of
our family.
We live on site to ensure we are available 24hrs a day
to offer help, Advice or Assistance, when and where it
may be required. |

P Guests may use the swimming pool of Ostria Hotel which is in the back of Zannas Apartments.
P An
attractive Vine covered little arbour within our gardens,
where guests may sit, whilst enjoying a quiet drink, read,
or simply chat.
P We
offer off road car parking next to our accommodation,
to guests who wish to hire a car whilst they are here.
P On site shop, with Money Exchange, Telephone, Gifts, Cigarettes, Drinks, Etc. open until late.

Studios is a convenient 1 minute walk to the Bus Stop.
P Less
than a 3 mins stroll to our wonderful sandy beach, which
boast excellent water sports and boat hire facilities.
P Only
10 mins by bus to Koukounaries and riders can enjoy a
trek on horseback in beautiful surroundings, even the
inexperienced.

Agia Paraskevi is quite central roughly
half way across the Island, therefore the choices of beaches
within either direction are only, a short walk or a mere
bus ride away.
P
Firstly of course you have Agia Paraskevi
which is a long expanse of white sandy beach, good for
swimming and sun bathing.
P
With 66 beaches on Skiathos, to name
them all would take too long but some of the bigger ones
near to us are, Trulos at bus stop 20, Koukounaries bus
stop 26, Banana bus stop 26.

Going in the other direction just before
bus stop 13 we have Vromolimnos the Party Beach, for those
who like to have fun the party starts at about 4pm daily
In the Taverna bar of the same name (wear a swimsuit because
the fun is wet and wild).

These are but a few but it would take
to long to list them all. No doubt you will enjoy finding
your favourite from the vast choice available, when you
arrive on the Island.

P There are several charming Taverna’s
and bars in Agia Paraskevi, within a short walk
of Agia Paraskevi Zannas Studios.
P A 5min bus ride to Trulos or Koukounaries
the next two resorts, along the island, which also
boast excellent Tavernas and Bars.
P In the other direction is Skiathos
Town with a variety of different kinds of Restaurants,
Bars, Night clubs and Shops

Skiathos Town is a must for a visit,
a quaint Town that is really quite cosmopolitan.
With plenty to see and always an impressive array
of yachts in the harbour.
P
There are many Trips on offer in
Skiathos Town, round the island, stopping at several
of beaches on the way.
P
Island hopping which goes to the
neighbouring islands of Skopelos and Alonissos,
to see where the Dolphins swim.
P
Trips to the Ancient city of Athens
are also on offer and although this is a long day
trip it is highly recommended.
P
The Spectacular Mountains of Meteora
with it famous Monasteries. Are another highly recommended
visit.
P
On the Island of Skiathos itself
we have The Ancient Ruins of Kastro up high on the
mountain side, which was the original Town of many
centuries ago.
P
Evangelistria Monastery, this beautiful
old monastery is being renovated by Father Angelo
to its original condition.
P
Of the 66 wonderful sandy beaches
of Skiathos, one or two like the famous Lalaria
are only accessible by boat, but are enchanting
and very beautiful.
